President & CEO
Michele Evanson is President & CEO of MEvan International, LLC and Managing Partner for Currahee Defense, where she leads strategic initiatives and industry partnerships across government and commercial sectors in support of the defense and national security community.
She works closely with senior leaders and industry partners across government and commercial sectors to deliver responsive, technology-enabled solutions that support Department of War priorities and enable the warfighter. She manages a wide variety of stakeholders across government and industry while developing strategies that support mission needs and organizational growth.
Throughout her career, Michele has held leadership roles with entrepreneurial and high-technology companies supporting government and private-sector missions and is recognized for her ability to navigate complex and highly competitive environments while building strong partnerships that advance organizational priorities and mission objectives.
Michele currently serves as President of the Greater Tampa Bay Chapter of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), where she leads efforts to strengthen collaboration between government, and the defense industrial base. She previously served for over a decade with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Washington, D.C., as a Board Member of the Council on Small Business.
Michele attended Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY for a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Applied Management Analysis. Additionally, she is a graduate of University College of Syracuse University, FOCUS Greater Syracuse Citizens Academy, and is an Accredited Practitioner, Level II Harrison Behavioral Assessment Expert.

David Bragg

For more than a decade, David Bragg has played an integral role in supporting the success of MEvan International, LLC and its affiliated organizations.
An Information Technology Executive with over 25 years of IT management experience, David is an expert in all facets of IT operations to include relationship management, operations, financials and portfolio management. Thought leader in focused innovation of both process and technology to ensure services provide desired business results. A collaborative leader consistently exhibiting a strong talent for improving service delivery, building and inspiring high performance teams and serving organizations that need to efficiently execute both strategic and tactical objectives in short time frames. Experience includes delivering service excellence to the Department of Defense, Federal Government, and Intelligence Community.
David’s technical expertise includes PMO, ITIL, CISSP and SMSP. Strong operational leadership experience in networks, converged technologies, applications, helpdesk, technical project management, security, compliance and continuity of operations.
David has utilized his expertise in leading major capture efforts greater than $100M to successful completion. He is skilled at developing capture and win strategies including business solution for pursuit and designing and executing formal capture plans.
David currently holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland, University College with a concentration in Information Systems Management and a Minor in National Security and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications Management through the University of Maryland, University College.

Kyle serves as the requirements bridge between business development and engineering delivery at MEvan International, a design-led IT firm that architects secure, resilient networking and infrastructure solutions for commercial enterprises, with selective work supporting government and public-sector clients. When the business development team brings in a client that needs design services, Kyle takes the hand-off, engages the client directly to define and document their technical and functional requirements, and produces a clean, SME-ready requirements package that lets the design engineers build with minimal rework. Kyle owns the middle of the delivery pipeline, turning a raw opportunity into a well-scoped, validated set of requirements tied directly to the client's business objectives. Kyle currently holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Oswego, NY.
